RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Everything You Need to Know

Chantel's Depot Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or altered wigs are not eligible for return.

2. Return Window: Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regretfully cannot accept any returns.

3. Return Authorization: Prior to sending back the item, customers are required to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer support team. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% may be applied to returned items, deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned product.

6. Refunds Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable: gift cards, promotional items, and any used, damaged, or altered products.

8. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

10. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

11. Discretionary Refusal: Chantel's Depot reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy guidelines.
